Virtual Rockstar is hiring a full-time Sales/ Marketing Assistant to join a family-oriented company dedicated to providing outstanding outpatient physical therapy services to the Jacksonville, Florida community. Responsibilities:
Primary focus on sales: Convert leads into initial evaluations to drive patient intake.
Perform medical receptionist duties including patient scheduling, new patient intake, and insurance verification.
Utilize spreadsheets to track data and metrics related to patient intake and sales efforts.
Assist with marketing campaigns to promote the practice and increase community awareness.
Manage social media profiles and engage with followers to enhance online presence.
Monitor online reviews and comments, responding appropriately to maintain a positive reputation.
Analyze effectiveness of marketing campaigns and recommend adjustments as needed.
Organize events, workshops, and gatherings to foster community engagement and attract new patients.
Create compelling content and visuals for marketing materials and social media platforms.
Requirements:
Proven experience in sales, preferably in a healthcare setting.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Proficiency in using WebPT EMR and Go High Level software preferred.
Experience in managing social media profiles and analyzing engagement metrics.
Ability to create engaging content and visuals for marketing purposes.
Familiarity with Excel for data tracking and reporting purposes.
