We are looking for a female marketing virtual assistant that will conduct influencer/brand partnership/wholesale outreach, monitor and coordinate task completion within marketing team, assisting with monthly curation of products for inclusion in our monthly box, and other general VA tasks. Marketing or social media experience preferred, although not required. Flexible hours [work in your time zone] + medical benefits and paid time off + other perks (year end bonus and free products!). Hours are flexible, but we require daily outputs including weekends (Saturday Los Angeles time off, which is sunday PHT) + adherence to weekly team meetings. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
1) E-mail Outreach and Relationship Building:
– Identify potential new retailers and distributors, initiate outreach, and establish successful partnerships
– Craft personalized and compelling outreach messages to approach influencers/brand partners/other businesses, highlighting the benefits of collaboration.
– Establish and nurture relationships with influencers, cultivating genuine connections and partnerships. Answering brand partnership emails, and also reaching out to potential businesses for wholesale and product curation.
– Managing and responding to all incoming emails in a timely and professional manner.?Conducting research to identify new suppliers and brands to reach out to and work with.
2) Influencer Research and Identification:
– Conduct influencer and media outreach to enhance brand visibility and recognition.?
– Use a variety of tools and platforms to discover potential influencers across social media channels
3) Campaign Strategy and Execution:
– Collaborate with the marketing team to devise influencer gifting campaigns that align with our marketing objectives, incorporating the usage of discount codes in their promotional content.
– Develop creative concepts and pitches for influencer collaborations, emphasizing the value of content usage rights.
– Oversee all company social media accounts, working together with social media manager to ensure social media manager’s engagement metrics are tracked and optimized
4) Negotiation and Partnership Management:
– Negotiate terms and agreements with influencers, brand partners (example: ensuring they will utilize a discount code in their promotional posts and grant usage rights for the content they create. Following up with vendors in regards to brand partnerships or product creation)
– Maintain positive relationships with influencers, brand partnerships, wholesale businesses– providing ongoing support throughout the collaboration process.
5) Performance Tracking and Reporting:
– Monitor and analyze the success of marketing campaigns/tasks/curation, ensuring deadlines are being adhered to and making follow ups with team members as necessary
– Tracking key influencer performance metrics, including the usage of discount codes and the performance of user-generated content.
– Monitor and Generate regular reports to measure the impact of influencer marketing efforts on brand awareness, engagement, conversions, and content creation.
– Monitor and report on the performance of all marketing and sales activities, and make data-driven adjustments as needed.?
– Weekly reports on all tasks
6) -Actively participate in team meetings and contribute innovative ideas for the strategic direction of the company.?
– Expected to contribute innovative ideas, provide constructive feedback, and support other areas of the business as needed — demonstrating adaptability and commitment to the team’s overall success.
– Stay informed about industry trends to ensure we curate the best products, brand partnerships and influencer partnerships.

There is always room to grow in this position, and bonuses for excellent work performance. Hours are flexible and after training, you basically set your own schedule, but this is NOT an easy job even though hours are flexible. We are only looking for people that are serious and dedicated to their role and team members that always go above and beyond their duties. This is a full-time position (40 hours a week, overtime as needed, time tracked on hubstaff app, paid overtime if you work over 40 hours), but we are flexible with actual working times. We care more about progress and productivity, than the time zone you’re working in. Although hours are flexible, you will be required to work daily including weekends. Hours are flexible, therefore you have the opportunity of working daytime your time!
PLEASE NOTE: THE FIRST 2 MONTHS ARE PROBATIONARY PERIOD. THEREFORE SALARIES DURING PROBATION PERIOD IS $500 USD/MONTH. AFTER PASSING 2 MONTH PROBATION PERIOD, SALARIES WILL BE $550-$600/MONTH BASED ON SKILL WITH PLENTY OF ROOM FOR RAISES BASED ON PERFORMANCE THEREAFTER
