Job Description

In this Sales and Marketing Generalist role, your primary responsibilities will include:
Lead Generation:
Utilize various methods, including social media and email campaigns, to identify potential members and expand the prospect pool.
Prospecting and Outreach:
Engage with prospective members through personalized outreach.
Highlight the value proposition and benefits of joining our community.
Effectively communicate the mission and goals of the Chief of Staff Network & BizOps Network.
Qualification and Admission:
Conduct in-depth interviews with prospective members to assess their qualifications and fit for our community.
Deliver our sales script during interviews to help prospects realize the value of membership.
Conversion and Revenue Generation:
Guide qualified prospects through the membership payment process and convert them into paying members.
Employ persuasive techniques and effectively communicate the value proposition to secure commitments.
Event Ticket Sales:
Contribute to the promotion of our events and ticket sales as part of the prospect warming process.
Required Tools and Skills:
Proficiency in using Hubspot, Asana, , Gmail, Zoom/Google Meet.
Ability to refine the sales script based on calls.
Strong data analysis skills and the ability to create reports and charts.
Understanding and decision-making based on data dashboards.
Preferred Qualifications:
3+ years of experience as a growth marketer, ideally across different business lines.
Experience with B2C and B2B business models, especially subscription-based businesses.
Fluency with marketing levers at all funnel stages, including social, search, email, paid programs, CRO, referrals, and churn.
Comfortable with various marketing platforms like Hubspot, Google Analytics, Google Ad Manager, social platforms, and BI tools.
Strong verbal and written communication skills, with comfort in hosting large meetings.
Resourceful, hardworking, and able to handle competing priorities and ambiguity.
Quantitatively inclined, data-savvy, and able to draw actionable insights from data.
Creative thinker with a natural curiosity for new ideas.
Must have a college / university degree, ideally in Business Administration.
