# eco Super Cleaner – Commercial cleaning and Residential cleaning
# eco E-Mart – Online shopping store
This exciting role within our Eco X-Pert Group company will be responsible for working closely with the Sales and Operations teams to promote and strengthen our brand and increase client engagement in the market. It would suit someone who has some marketing experience and is keen to take their skills in engaging customers to the next level as well as take on an extra level of responsibility. We are looking for an organized, detail-driven person with a creative flair for engaging and communicating with our target market and throughout the company. For the right person, this role offers the opportunity for great career progression.
Responsibilities
Assisting with the marketing strategy and tactics including the annual budget.
Monitor and control brand usage internally and externally
Create all advertising and promotional material
Plan, copywrite and create content for all uses
Grow digital engagement and execute marketing material
Website content updates and development
Communicate results to the team and management
Plan and coordinate all hospital visits and conferences
Key Skills & Experience
This role is for somebody that is happy to be given a loose plan and run with it with minimal supervision.
The successful applicant would be required to,
Have a relevant Tertiary qualification or equivalent market experience
Have a passion for our customers
Look for innovative ways to increase engagement on all social media platforms
Be a self-starter, demonstrate initiative and be able to work to short deadlines with minimal supervision
Be a strong communicator with the ability to express ideas clearly and present concepts to the wider team
Have a strong grasp of short & long-form copywriting
Monitor competitor activity and analyze data and results accordingly
Graphic design skills, image manipulation or photography and film editing would be a bonus
Experience in Facebook/ Instagram/ LinkedIn ads
Collaborate on and deploy team training as relevant on social media usage to maximize reach.
Assist with supplier management and other marketing functions as determined by the Marketing Manager.
