Role and Responsibilities:
As a Sales & Marketing Specialist at TTG Certified, you will play a crucial role in expanding our reach and driving sales while upholding the values and goals of our company. Your responsibilities will include:

• Developing and implementing innovative sales and marketing strategies to promote our products and mission.
• Identifying target audiences and segments to tailor marketing efforts effectively.
• Creating engaging content for various channels, including social media, email campaigns, and website updates.
• Building and maintaining strong relationships with customers, partners, and stakeholders.
• Monitoring and analyzing sales and marketing data to measure effectiveness and make informed adjustments.
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure consistent messaging and branding.
• Staying up-to-date with industry trends and developments to optimize strategies.

Qualifications:
• Marketing, Business, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
• Proven experience in sales and marketing, preferably in the retail or e-commerce sector.
• Strong understanding of digital marketing platforms, including social media, email marketing, and SEO.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Creative thinker with the ability to generate innovative ideas and solutions.
• Self-motivated and able to work independently, as well as collaboratively within a team.
