Sales & Marketing Support Officer

We are seeking an experienced Sales and Marketing Officer to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for all marketing functions in the business, as well as following up on customer enquiries and assisting the wider team with marketing tasks including social media, bulk emails, and search engine optimization. The Sales and Marketing Officer will also be required to assist with customer enquiries and day-to-day administrative tasks as required. This role is a vital part of our organization and will require strong communication and influencing skills. Don’t worry we don’t do cold calling, we only contact people that reach out to us first.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement marketing strategies and campaigns to promote the company’s products and services
• Manage all aspects of social media, including content creation and scheduling
• Create and distribute bulk email campaigns to customers and prospects
• Conduct market research to stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitor activity
• Maintain the company website and ensure it is up-to-date and engaging
• Follow up on customer enquiries and provide exceptional customer service
• Assist the wider team with marketing and administrative tasks as required

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or a related field
• 2+ years of experience in a marketing or sales role
• Strong communication and influencing skills
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
• Experience with social media management and email marketing
• Knowledge of SEO and website maintenance
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn and take on new challenges
