Job Summary:
The Sales Operation Team Leader is responsible for overseeing a team within the wholesale operations department, ensuring efficient processes, accurate data management, and strong support for the sales team. This role involves supervising daily operations, attendance, coordinating between departments, and implementing strategies or processes to optimize sales performance.
Key Responsibilities:
Team Supervision:
Lead, motivate, and manage the sales operations team, providing guidance and support.
Set performance objectives, monitor progress, and conduct regular performance reviews.
Process Management:
Oversee daily sales operations activities to ensure smooth workflow and efficiency.
Implement and maintain standardized processes and best practices within the team.
Data Management and Analysis:
Ensure accurate data entry and maintenance within the CRM system and other sales tools.
Analyze sales data to identify trends, issues, and opportunities for improvement.
Prepare and present reports and insights to the Sales Operation Manager and other stakeholders.
Cross-Functional Coordination:
Collaborate with other departments, such as marketing, finance, and product, to support sales initiatives.
Facilitate effective communication and coordination between the sales operations team and other teams.
Sales Support:
Provide operational support to the sales team, addressing their needs and resolving any issues.
Ensure timely and accurate processing of sales orders, contracts, and other related documentation.
Training and Development:
Develop and deliver training programs for the sales operations team on processes, tools, and best practices.
Foster a culture of continuous learning and improvement within the team.
Performance Monitoring:
Track and evaluate key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure team effectiveness and productivity.
Implement improvements based on performance data and feedback.
Qualifications:
Experience: Minimum of 2 to 3years of experience in sales operations or a related field, with at least 1-2 years in a supervisory or leadership role.
Skills:
Strong Coach leadership and team management abilities
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Proficiency in CRM systems and sales analytics tools.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work collaboratively across departments.
Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
Proficiency in Google Workspace
