INTRODUCTION:

We are looking for a skilled Sales Operations Specialist to join our team.

This role is focused on executing tasks to support our sales functions. This includes managing emails from customers, responding to inquiries, and performing various actions on our backend system.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales operations and be proficient with tools such as Asana, Airtable, Gmail, Zapier, and Slack.

This position is part-time with the potential to transition to full-time.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Responding to customer inquiries via email in a timely and professional manner
• Adjusting order records in Airtable
• Sending shipments from our 3PL
• Analyzing data from Shopify
• Providing accurate information to customers based on their inquiries
• Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions and transactions
• Collaborating with other teams to improve customer experience
• Analyzing data and thinking critically to solve problems
• Coordinating with logistics partners to ensure timely delivery of orders
• Managing inventory levels and updating records
• Generating sales reports and providing insights to optimize operations
• Processing wholesale orders and managing the order lifecycle from placement to fulfillment
• Assisting with the setup and management of promotional campaigns
• Supporting the sales team with administrative tasks as needed
• Monitoring customer feedback and identifying areas for improvement

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Proven experience in sales operations or a similar role, preferably in the CPG industry
• Proficiency in using Asana, Airtable, Gmail, Zapier, and Slack
• Capable of creating reports in excel/google sheets
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
• Familiarity with e-commerce platforms such as Shopify
• Working hours are flexible but you must be Generally available to answer customer service tickets during 9-5pm USA EST hours
