Job Description
As a Sales Operations Assistant, you will play a crucial role in assisting the Operations Team with various tools, processes, and technologies that support the activities of our Sales team. Your primary responsibility will be to ensure the smooth functioning of sales operations, enabling our Sales team to achieve their targets effectively. You will report directly to the Director of Operations and Operations Manager, working closely with them to streamline processes and enhance the overall efficiency of our sales operations.
Remuneration, Working Hours & Position Type
• Role Type: Permanent
• Hours: 22.5 to 37.5 hours per week (both Part-time & Full-Time candidates considered)
• Pay: $3.35 – $4.00 per hour
Responsibilities:
– Collaborate with the Operations Team to develop and implement efficient sales processes and procedures.
– Generate reports and analyse sales data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
– Support the Sales team in creating and updating sales collateral, presentations, and other sales-related materials.
– Developing and maintaining data scraping processes or tools to gather relevant information
– Cleaning and normalizing the extracted data to ensure accuracy and consistency.
– Loading the collected data into a database or other designated data store.
– Monitoring and creating key performance indicator (KPI) reports for outreach campaigns.
– General CRM data management
– Creating a comprehensive knowledge base for tender answers
– Providing complete and accurate answers to security-related questions by matching them with the information stored in the knowledge base.
Requirements:
– Proficiency in working with large datasets, demonstrating the ability to handle and analyze substantial amounts of information.
– Experience utilizing data scraping software, database management systems, and customer relationship management (CRM) tools.
– Strong analytical skills, enabling the interpretation of sales data and the generation of valuable insights.
– Excellent organizational and time management abilities to effectively prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
– Exceptional attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining accuracy in all aspects of work.
– Effective communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with team members
– The capacity to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment, adapting to changing priorities.
– Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
-Proficient IT skills, including a minimum typing speed of 60 words per minute.
– While a university education is preferred, it is not mandatory for this position.
