We are seeking a highly organised and proactive Sales Operations Manager to join the Business Development team of a leading Web3 launchpad remotely.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for facilitating the smooth operation of our sales department by aligning communication, providing sales support, managing sales materials, overseeing CRM systems, and effectively managing internal stakeholders. The candidate will have web3 and crypto industry experience. This role requires excellent communication skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Communication Alignment:
Ensure clear and effective communication channels between sales team members, management, and other departments.
Track Telegram groups daily, ensuring all conversations maintain momentum and are followed through with.
Coordinate regular sales meetings, ensuring agendas are set, and action items are followed up on.
Sales Support:
Assist business development teams with inquiries, issues, and escalations to ensure timely resolution.
Collaborate with the sales team to develop and implement sales strategies, processes, and best practices.
Sales Material Management:
Develop and maintain a repository of sales materials, including presentations, proposals, and collateral.
Ensure sales materials are up-to-date, accurate, and accessible to the sales team.
CRM Management:
Oversee the administration and maintenance of the CRM system, ensuring data integrity and accuracy.
Generate reports and analyse data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
Internal Stakeholder Management:
Act as a liaison between the business development teams and other internal teams, including marketing, product development, and GM support.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address business development related challenges and opportunities.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
Proven experience in sales operations, sales support, or a similar role within web3 and crypto.
Strong understanding of CRM systems and sales processes.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to prioritise tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously and manage upwards.
High level of proficiency in Telegram, Salesflare, Slack and Google suite, Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word), etc.
Experience working remotely and working within remote teams across multiple timezones.
