Job Summary
As a Project and Operations Manager at New Horizons, you will be responsible for overseeing the successful execution of projects, leading and managing teams, and ensuring operational efficiency. You will play a crucial role in strategic planning, sales management, resource allocation, stakeholder communication, and performance monitoring. This role requires strong leadership skills and a proven track record in project and operations management.

Key Responsibilities
– Project Management: Lead and manage projects from initiation to completion, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.
– Leadership: Provide strong leadership to project teams, fostering a collaborative and productive work environment.
– Sales Management: Understand and implement sales concepts, strategies, and techniques to support the sales team and drive business growth.
– Strategic Planning: Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve project and operational goals.
– Resource Allocation: Manage resources, including personnel, budgets, and materials, to optimize project outcomes and operational efficiency.
– Stakeholder Communication: Maintain clear and effective communication with stakeholders, including clients, team members, and senior management.
– Performance Monitoring: Monitor and evaluate project and operational performance, implementing improvements and reporting on key metrics.

Qualifications
– Experience: A minimum of 3-5 years of leadership experience in project management, operations management, or a related field.
– Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related discipline preferred.
– Skills:
– Strong leadership and team management skills.
– Excellent project management capabilities.
– Solid understanding of sales concepts and strategies.
– Proficiency in strategic planning and resource allocation.
– Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
– Ability to analyze performance data and implement improvements.
– Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with project management software and tools (e.g., Asana, Trello, Microsoft Project).
