The Rainmaker Family is seeking a full-time Sales Operations Manager to play a pivotal role in optimizing sales department processes and ensuring seamless operations. As a crucial part of this team, you will contribute to our mission of serving families on their journey to financial breakthroughs.

As our Sales Operations Manager, you’re behind all the levers and pulleys that drive the Rainmaker backend sales operations and logistics. You are the oil that keeps this sales engine running smoothly. It’s up to you to make sure people are where they need to be, staying organized and following SOPs, all the while data is detailed and diligently accurate in our dashboards & KPI spreadsheets. You help keep pace with changing demands and manage the team leaders for each department. At the end of the day, it’s your detailed diligence and dedication that drives the entire company towards new heights.

ROLE
1. Operations
– You are the “Integrator” (EOS reference) that takes the action necessary to make the “Visionary” (EOS reference) Director of Sales’s ideas a reality.
2. Systems (SOP) Architect
– Ownership over all Sales department SOPs. Maintain the “Master Map of Systems” For the Sales department. Ensure SOPs are up to date and easily accessible to the entire company.
– Create and maintain a culture that encourages and celebrates the creation and importance of SOPs.
3. Data Management and Reporting
– Ownership over the creation and utilization of systems (software and automations) that manage, track, and report on sales department data.
4. Strategy
– Ability to spend 50% of your time on strategy for 6-12 months into the future. (The other 50% of your time will be spent managing day to day sales operations.)
5. Team Leadership, Coaching, and Development
– Lead, mentor, and guide the sales coordinators to achieving high standard performance in supporting the whole Sales Operations.

RESPONSIBILITIES

A. Operations
– Ability to strategize, plan, and execute, on projects that have multi year timelines.
– Point of contact for all things operations within the Sales Department and between The Sales Department and other departments in the organization.
– Ensure the Sales Department’s Management Team is not handling “operations” tasks/responsibilities.
– Lead weekly L10 Meetings for the Sales Department.
B. Systems (SOP) Architect
– Create an SOP for every task and process in the sales department. This includes tasks and processes for sales coordinates and sales reps.
– Create “screen record” video tutorials and written documents for all SOPs.
– Update past SOPs on a routine basis to ensure they contain relevant information.
C. Data Management and Reporting
– You are the source of truth for all things data and reporting.
– Maintain accuracy in software and systems.
– Point of contact (expert) for everything related to our CRM ()
– Train your team of sales coordinators in preparing and reporting accurate and timely reports for sales reps and sales management.
– Ensure the software used in data gathering and reporting, like Close, Plecto,OnceHub, QuotaPath, etc. remains accurate.
– Audit commission amounts for every sales rep using commission tracking software, QuotaPath.
– Ensure all teams within the Sales Department are reporting accurate KPIs
D. Strategy
– Audit and improve current sales operation efforts.
– Prepare 6-12 months into the future, to ensure the Sales Department is ready for future growth.
– Anticipate future issues and execute solutions to avoid those issues.
– Partner with the Director of Sales to execute the business plan to achieve growth and revenue objectives.
– Work on the same level as the “visionary” Director of Sales, but as the functional “do-er”
– Effectively evaluate & prioritize new ideas and work with the Director of Sales to include new ideas in short-or long-term planning, or push back/delete ideas as needed.
E. Team Leadership, Coaching, and Development
– Conduct regular coaching sessions (group and 1-on-1) to enhance the skills and performance of sales coordinators.
– Responsible for hiring top sales coordinator talent and keeping the sales operations team adequately staffed.
– Ability to fire team members who do not meet team standards.
– Retain team members who are at or above KPI to ensure a stable and effective sales operations team.
– You are responsible for onboarding all new team members that join the Sales Department.

RESULTS
– Generate business revenue through ensuring the operational excellence of the Sales Department
– Generate business revenue by creating SOPs that allow for scalability, efficiency, and consistency of all team members.
– Generate business revenue by managing data and reporting so we can identify areas for growth, improvement, and optimization
– Generate business revenue by providing strategic guidance related to sales operations to the Director of Sales.
– Generate business revenue by providing leadership, coaching, and development for the Sales Department.

REQUIREMENTS
1. Integrity:
– Be someone who follows through with what you say. You are responsible for tracking all business data. Crucial business decisions are made based on this data. Ensure data is accurate and verified.
2. Work ethic:
– This is not an easy job. The sales department is always busy. You must be willing to work hard in a fast-paced environment.
3. Proactivity:
– Look ahead in an attempt to anticipate potential problems. Execute plans to avoid those problems. Have systems in place to mitigate damage those problems cause the business.
4. Solutionary:
– Create solutions to problems. Do not leave problems unresolved. Create a plan on how to solve the problem before bringing the problem to your manager.
5. Attention to detail:
– Data management is a HUGE part of this role. You must be obsessed with verifying the data is accurate. Mistakes in the data will not be tolerated.
6. High standards:
– You will primarily be interacting with the sales team. The sales team is a high standard & high intensity environment. To be a part of the sales team, you must have high standards for yourself and must live up to the sales team’s high standards.
7. Accountability:
– Willingness to be held accountable for reaching outcomes/performance KPIs. You understand that you will leave the team if you do not meet performance KPIs.
8. Availability
– You must have the ability to work 40 hours per week. You must be able to work 8 am – 5 pm PST Monday – Friday.

Additionally Responsibilities
1. Attend Daily Sales Team Meetings (Mon – Fri 10am -11am PST)
2. Sales Operations Manager EOD (End of Day) Reports
3. Sales Operations Manager EOW (End of Week) Reports
4. Attend Weekly Sales Department L10 Meeting
5. Attend Weekly 1 on 1’s with Director of Sales
6. Host Weekly Sales Operations Department L10 Meeting
7. Host weekly 1 on 1’s with your sales coordinators

This involves reducing complexity, creating accountability, and being able to systemize, simplify, and apply technology to the company’s processes—all while remaining consistent.

AGREEMENT TERMS
1. Attendance
– 8 am – 5 pm PST Monday – Friday.
– This is a full-time, 40 hours per week position.
– This position is remote. So you will have the freedom to work from anywhere.
– You may request time off anytime with advanced notice. (Time off requested through our company system.)
– Regular Philippine Holidays are Honored
2. Payment
– This position is paid hourly.
– $14.30 – $17.50 Per Hour ($2300 – $2800 Per Month) Depending on experience
– Opportunity for pay increases as skills increase
