Job Description

Position Summary:
The Sales Operations Support Specialist will work closely with the sales team to ensure effective lead management, lead conversion, and overall improvement of the sales process. This role involves lead follow-up, qualification, sales process development, data tracking, and client education to contribute to the growth and success of the organization.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead Follow-up:
Review recorded sales calls and follow up with leads to convert them into potential clients.
Lead Qualification and Conversion:
Collaborate with Account Executives to establish lead qualification criteria based on client profiles and needs.
Transcribe call notes and update HubSpot or CRM to maintain accurate lead data.
Engage with incoming leads promptly, utilizing effective communication and active listening.
Nurture and cultivate leads through strategic communication to advance them in the sales funnel.
Sales Process Development:
Work closely with Account Executives to create and refine the sales playbook, including sales scripts and objection handling techniques.
Implement best practices for lead management and communication to optimize efficiency and effectiveness.
Continuously update and adapt sales strategies based on feedback and market trends.
Lead Tracking and Reporting:
Maintain organized and up-to-date records of lead interactions, conversions, and progress through the sales funnel.
Generate regular reports on lead conversion rates, sales pipeline health, and SDR performance metrics.
Identify trends and opportunities for improvement through data analysis.
Client Education:
Develop in-depth knowledge of the BIOClean Team’s service offerings, certifications, and unique value propositions.
Educate potential clients about the benefits of choosing our services, including our capabilities in handling hazardous waste materials.
Address inquiries regarding certifications and safety protocols.
Client Relationship Management:
Build and maintain positive relationships with leads, ensuring exceptional client experiences throughout the sales process.
Foster trust and confidence by demonstrating expertise, professionalism, and a genuine commitment to meeting client needs.
Qualifications:
Previous experience in sales support, lead generation, or a related role is a plus.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., HubSpot) and Microsoft Office Suite.
Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
Knowledge of hazardous waste management or related industries is advantageous.
Bachelor’s degree in a related field is preferred but not required.
