Sales Operations Specialist (Mostly Non-Voice)

We’re seeking a unique individual who can create and manage a media sales / online advertising pipeline for a very popular events website. You’ll play a key role in driving revenue through advertising sales while also having an opportunity to play a part in the creation of the campaigns as well as other engaging content that connects us to our audience. So, while this is mostly a sales role (with advertising experience preferred), you’ll also have the ability to have fun flexing your creative writing skills as well.

Responsibilities:
– Own all current and future relationships with our online advertisers (mostly email advertising and sponsored posts)
– Work with our founder to create and implement advertising sales strategies to hit our monthly revenue goals.
– Create and pitch our online sponsorship and advertising products to interested businesses and potential partners
– Help with creating engaging and compelling content for ads, sponsorships, and other sections on the website when needed

Requirements:
– English fluency with both voice & text and ideally a love of fun and creative writing (seriously, this role will be super fun)
– 3+ years in a sales role where you have owned end-to-end deals (from sourcing leads, to signing contracts, to getting paid)
– 1+ years of freelance or WFH experience where you’re interacting regularly with a US or other international client
– Experience with content or email management systems, particularly WordPress and MailChimp, is a huge plus
– Experience and comfort with contacting cold leads via email (or on a call if needed) and being able to hold a confident conversations with them
– Ability to craft and adjust a sales pitch email that will attract potential advertisers

Salary and Benefits:
– Base salary: 55,000 – 60,000 PHP per month.
