Job Description
We are looking for a Sales Ops and Marketing Virtual Assistant, the position requires a motivated self-starter with excellent communication and analytical abilities.
The Virtual Assistant role works with Sales Operations, and Marketing team to assist in administrative tasks, coordination tasks, documentation, and support project-based work as needed and as directed by leadership.
Responsibilities
Assistance in Sales Ops and Admin Support
– Project Coordination — Responsible for managing our partnerships and relationships with clients and liaising with them on a day-to-day basis. Set and manage client expectations. Be proactive in anticipating their needs.
– Assistance in Preparing Reports & Presentations — Assist in preparing project reports, sales presentations, and creating diagrams. Must have an understanding in maintaining project charters, creating user manuals, and other supporting project documents.
*Assistance in Digital Marketing
– Assistance in Social Media Outreach & Listening — Assist in LinkedIn and email outreach campaigns for link building and network building
– Assistance in Research — Research industry-related topics and collaborate with the Digital Marketing team regarding content creation and development of marketing materials and blog articles
– Assistance in Link Building — Qualify websites for potential link opportunities, conduct keyword research, and select for SEO projects
Requirements
– Have strong planning, organising, and time management skills
– Be able to work independently as well as be a team player
– Ability to handle issues objectively and analytically
– Extremely detail-oriented with excellent written/verbal communication skills
– Ability to plan and follow a daily agenda, and to follow up on tasks that are recurring or require confirmation of completion
– Ability to write emails and conduct daily activities in a professional manner
– Ability to take criticism constructively and follow instructions with a positive attitude
– Strong attention to detail and highly organised
– At least one-year experience as an administrative assistant, digital marketing specialist, or content writer.
– Ability to document processes and procedures.
