Role: Sales Ops Specialist
Team: Operations Team
Overall Purpose:
-We are looking for a Sales Ops Specialist to engage our corporate customers to drive Safe Space adoption and demonstrate ongoing value of choosing Safe Space as their mental health employee benefit regionally.
-This function is responsible for onboarding new B2B customers by engaging executive teams in the launch, driving ongoing adoption for employees, Learning & Development workshops, and managing renewals.
-As we also handle Crisis Support, the individual must be able to handle their emotions well and provide fast support to our clients when their employees are in need.
-It works with the rest of the Safe Space organization to uncover new ways to make Safe Space a part of everyday life and to improve our product.
Responsibilities
-Work with Sales / AM team to drive retention and growth among our most valuable B2B customers by understanding their business needs and helping them succeed
-Enable successful roll-out of Safe Space to customer employees, including sharing and developing relevant creative assets, brainstorming ideas, and attending Safe Space rollout launches virtually or in-person
-Maintain a cadence of communicating with B2B customers regularly about their adoption trends, sentiment, and mining opportunities for deeper engagement through monthly and quarterly reports
-Identify opportunities for B2B customers to act as Safe Space advocates (e.g. testimonials, case studies)
-Collaborate closely with Sales/AM team to support pilot customers, renewals, and expansion opportunities
-Marshall resources across Safe Space as needed to support B2B customers needs
-Represent the voice of the customer to inform our B2B sales process and product roadmap
-To keep updated on Safe Space products, promotions and new educational topics at all times for recommendations
-Undertake any other ad-hoc duties as assigned
-Corporate education scheduling with therapists
Job Requirements:
-Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Business Analytics, Logistics, Commerce
-3 years of practical experience in project management, data analysis or a similar role
-Excellent English communications (written and verbal) and interpersonal skills
-Strong organizational skills and a team player
-Meticulous and possess initiative
-Able to thrive and handle stress in a fast paced environment
-Create structure in ambiguous situations and design effective processes
-Takes initiative to improve current state of things and adaptable to embrace new changes
-Ability & flexibility to manage and prioritize requests and tasks while being goal-oriented;
-Passionate for mental health, technology, and being a part of a fast-growing startup is a bonus
-Experience working with cross-functional teams (eg: Sales, Product, Marketing etc)
-A data & trends analysis lover, obsessive about achieving results
-Happy to work remotely and/or be flexible to travel to one of our global offices.
-Experienced and comfortable in handling people/client facing video calls
-A problem-solver, initiative-taker who can work independently and responsibly with minimal supervision
-Proficient in MS Office – Word, Excel (including Vlookup and Pivot table)
-Experience in data visualization software (e.g. Tableau, MicroStrategy or PowerBI) or Data Preparation tool (e.g. Alteryx, -Dataiku or DataRobot) is a plus
-Experienced with Canva or other design related software
