Job Description

We are seeking a Virtual Assistant with expertise in sales outreach, prospecting research, and list creation to support our sales and marketing efforts. The ideal candidate will be proactive, detail-oriented, and possess exceptional communication skills. As a Virtual Assistant in this role, you will play a crucial part in identifying potential leads, initiating outreach, and maintaining organized prospect lists. Your contribution will be pivotal in expanding our client base and achieving our sales goals.

Key Responsibilities:

Prospecting and Lead Research:
Conduct comprehensive research to identify potential leads and prospects within the target market.
Gather and verify contact information, including email addresses, phone numbers, and social profiles.
Categorize leads based on various criteria, such as industry, location, company size, and purchasing potential.

List Creation and Management:
Create and maintain well-organized prospect lists, ensuring data accuracy and completeness.
Implement efficient list segmentation for targeted outreach and personalized messaging.
Continuously update and clean prospect lists to minimize redundancy and maintain data quality.

Sales Outreach:
Develop and execute outreach strategies to engage potential leads through various channels (email, social media etc.).
Craft compelling and personalized outreach messages that resonate with prospects.
Track outreach activities, responses, and follow-ups in a CRM or other designated tools.

Lead Qualification:
Use predetermined qualification criteria to determine whether a lead should be advanced to the sales team.

Reporting and Analysis:
Generate regular reports on prospecting and outreach activities, providing insights on performance and areas for improvement.
Collaborate with the sales team to refine outreach strategies based on feedback and data analysis.

Qualifications:
Proven experience in sales outreach, prospecting research, and list creation, preferably in a similar virtual assistant or sales support role.
Proficiency in using CRM and sales software tools for managing prospects and outreach activities.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage and build rapport with potential leads.
Exceptional organizational and time management abilities to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
A results-oriented mindset with a focus on meeting or exceeding outreach and lead generation targets.
Familiarity with sales and marketing terminology and best practices.

Additional Information:
This is a remote position, and the virtual assistant will work independently but collaborate with the sales and marketing teams regularly.
Compensation and benefits will be discussed during the interview process.
This will be a contract position, and will likely be 3-6 months but if it goes well, we can extend the contract.
