Job Description

I’m hiring for a software development platform we are building. I’m seeking a full-time sales outreach specialist with strong English writing skills.

For consideration in this role, you must be able to work forty hours per week, Monday through Friday, with graveyard hours (supporting US-based customers). You must also have at least two years of experience doing email-based sales outreach for a multinational corporation or a company based in Australia, Canada, Singapore, the UK, or the United States. These requirements are not negotiable. I, unfortunately, will not be able to reply to any applicants who submit a resume that doesn’t meet the stated work experience requirement.

This role is a full-time contract position. Compensation is $800 USD per month.

QUALIFICATIONS

– Two or more years of experience working as a lead generator or sales outreach specialist for a multinational corporation or a company based in Australia, Canada, Singapore, the UK, or the United States.

– Experience using a major CRM.

– Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication.

– Ability to work from home without distractions.

– Own a computer and have a high-speed internet connection.

– Read, speak, and write excellent English.

– Willing to learn new things and willing to develop new skills.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Lead Email Outreach: Utilize a provided list of email addresses, LinkedIn profiles, and email copy to conduct outreach to potential clients.

Create Targeted Messages: Craft personalized and compelling messages tailored to each recipient, ensuring maximum engagement and response rates.

Meet Quota: Reach out to a target range of 200-220 individuals per day, using efficient time management and organizational skills to meet daily goals. You will also be responsible for meeting a specified daily response rate.

Record Activity: Record and maintain accurate records of outreach efforts, responses, and progress in our CRM system.

– Collaborate: Work collaboratively with the sales and marketing teams to optimize outreach strategies, share insights, and contribute to the overall growth and success of the company.

– Automate: Automate processes when possible.
