Key Responsibilities:
– Lead Generation and Outreach: Identify prospects aligned with defined client avatars, tailoring outreach strategies accordingly.
– Develop a deep understanding of prospects’ pain points and aspirations to establish meaningful connections.
– Customize outreach messages based on individual factors such as industry experience, firm size, and recent events.
– Implement personalized email campaigns to drive engagement and traffic to lead magnets.
– Manage opportunities effectively through follow-ups and coordination of client prospect meetings.
Social Media Engagement:
– Manage content calendar across various channels, with a primary focus on LinkedIn and YouTube.
– Curate and repurpose content to effectively engage the target audience.
– Create captivating graphics and landing pages to capture leads.
– Monitor metrics to analyze performance and recommend improvements.
Content Creation and Management:
– Assist in graphic creation and light video editing for social media posts.
– Support in managing sales pipelines and outreach calendars.
– Craft compelling short copy and adapt long-form content for various platforms.
Skills/Experiences Required:
– Proficiency in SEO and SEM to enhance online visibility and drive organic traffic.
– Experience with CRM systems to manage and nurture leads effectively.
– Ability to gather feedback and analyze data to improve marketing strategies.
– Cultural awareness to tailor marketing approaches accordingly.
– Strong innovation and creativity to bring fresh solutions to support objectives.
