Job Summary: As the Sales Page Virtual Assistant, your primary responsibility is to create visually appealing and engaging sales pages that align with THA brand guidelines. You will also be responsible for designing web pages that are optimized for user experience and conversion while adhering to the brand’s overall aesthetics and brand voice.

Tasks and Responsibilities: The critical role makes an impact by performing the following critical tasks:

Create sales and registration pages using WordPress and Kajabi in a timely manner
Collaborating with stakeholders to understand the product, audience, and messaging goals for the sales page by gathering information and attending pause meetings.
Translating brand guidelines and design standards into effective and visually appealing web pages.
Creating wireframes, prototypes, and mockups to illustrate design concepts and user flows.
Designing responsive pages that work seamlessly on desktop and mobile devices.
Incorporating graphic elements, such as images, icons, and typography, that align with the brand’s visual identity.
Ensuring that the sales page is optimized for search engines and follows best practices for web design and accessibility.
Amend final designs to feedback and gain full approval. Testing and refining the design based on user feedback and analytics data.
Create social media graphics
Adhere to strict deadlines and manage any last-minute design changes. Testing and refining the design based on user feedback and analytics data.
Troubleshoot any technical issues in WordPress and Kajabi related to the salespages. Make updates to the website for upcoming events
Create and update SOPs as needed for your tasks
Respond quickly to emails and google chat messages
Assist with any other tasks requested
Track project progress on Asana

Qualifications and Skills:
College degree preferred
2+ years creating Sales Pages using WordPress and Kajabi
1-2 years experience working remotely
Ability to manage across multiple projects with strong attention to detail
Demonstrated portfolio of successful design projects
Understanding of digital marketing and web design principles
Ability to work independently and handle multiple projects simultaneously
Attention to detail and knowledge of current design trends
Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines
Experience with creating graphics in Canva
Knowledge of marketing, advertising, and public relations
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Excellent organizational skills
Proficiency with cloud-based platforms such as Google Docs
Strong time management skills and the ability to multitask
High-speed internet connection
Knowledge in SEO and Google Analytics a plus
