Key Responsibilities
As our Online Assistant, your daily tasks will include:

Responding to and Completing Online Quotes for Customers (Priority: High): You will be the first point of contact for our customer’s queries and quotation requests. We will provide you with the necessary training and a sales bonus is offered for successful conversions.

Updating Websites with New Products (Priority: High): Keep our product listings current and attractive by updating our websites with new products as needed, especially when required for a requested quote.

Booking in Jobs: Manage our job schedules by effectively booking in tasks.

Editing Videos: Craft compelling visual narratives by editing raw video footage for multiple platforms.

Sending Invoices: Ensure our financial records are up-to-date by promptly sending invoices to clients.

Filling Out Warranty Applications: Help our customers enjoy peace of mind by accurately filling out warranty applications.

Posting Content on Facebook and Instagram: Help boost our online presence by regularly posting engaging content on our social media pages.

Creating Blog Posts: Showcase your writing skills by creating informative and engaging blog posts.

Responding to Google Reviews: Maintain our online reputation by professionally responding to Google Reviews.

Requirements

Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Basic knowledge of social media platforms and their operation.

Ability to learn new tools and platforms quickly.

Good organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks.
