We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Content Relationship Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for cultivating and nurturing relationships with subscribers, providing them with a personalized experience, and effectively selling content. Your goal will be to engage subscribers, understand their preferences, and create a connection that drives content sales.
Responsibilities:
– Build meaningful relationships with subscribers through personalized interactions.
– Engage in conversations to understand subscriber preferences and interests.
– Showcase content offerings in a compelling manner tailored to each subscriber.
– Drive content sales by effectively communicating the value of available content.
– Maintain regular availability to engage with subscribers and respond to inquiries.
– Meet sales targets and achieve performance goals set for each period.
– Provide exceptional customer service to enhance the subscriber experience.
– Collaborate with the team to refine strategies for maximizing content sales.
Requirements:
– Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
– Previous experience in sales, customer service, or relationship management preferred.
– Self-motivated with a desire to achieve and exceed targets.
– Ability to adapt to evolving subscriber preferences and market trends.
– Comfortable with digital platforms and communication tools.
– Availability for 7-day workweeks preferred.
– Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Compensation:
Hourly rate: $2.5/hour.
Commission: 3% on net sales.
Opportunity for raises after 2 months based on meeting targets.
Paid vacation available after the initial 2-month period.
