To support our ambitious growth plans, we are seeking a motivated and results-driven Virtual Assistant – Private Money Lender Relationship Manager to join our remote team.

**Job Overview:**
As the Virtual Assistant – Private Money Lender Relationship Manager, you will play a pivotal role in establishing and nurturing relationships with private money lenders to secure funding for our real estate projects. This is a dynamic and entrepreneurial role that requires exceptional sales and networking skills, financial acumen, and a deep understanding of real estate finance.

**Key Responsibilities:**

1. **Identify and Target Prospective Lenders:** Research and identify potential private money lenders who are interested in investing in real estate projects. Create a targeted list of individuals and organizations for outreach.

2. **Develop and Maintain Relationships:** Build and maintain strong relationships with private money lenders by establishing trust and credibility. Regularly communicate with lenders to keep them informed about our projects and investment opportunities.

3. **Customized Presentations:** Create compelling and customized presentations and investment proposals to showcase our real estate projects, emphasizing the potential returns and risk mitigation strategies.

4. **Negotiate Terms:** Negotiate funding terms, interest rates, and repayment terms with lenders while ensuring they align with our project requirements and financial objectives.

5. **Due Diligence:** Collaborate with our internal due diligence team to provide lenders with comprehensive project information, financial analysis, and risk assessments.

6. **Compliance:** Ensure that all lending activities comply with legal and regulatory requirements, including any necessary licensing or permits.

7. **Market Research:** Stay up-to-date with market trends, interest rate fluctuations, and industry news to make informed recommendations to potential lenders.

8. **Reporting:** Maintain accurate records of lender interactions, agreements, and project funding status. Provide regular updates to senior management on progress.

9. **Feedback Loop:** Act as the liaison between lenders and our project teams, facilitating feedback and communication to ensure successful project execution.

**Qualifications:**

– Proven track record in sales, preferably in real estate finance or a related industry.
– Strong network of private money lenders or investors is highly desirable.
– Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
– Financial acumen and the ability to analyze real estate investment opportunities.
– Understanding of legal and regulatory requirements related to real estate finance.
– Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently.
– Attention to detail and organizational skills are critical.
– Strong proficiency in virtual communication tools and remote work practices.- Highlevel is a Plus
