Overview
We are a dynamic and fast-growing real estate company looking for a motivated and skilled Sales Pre-Qualifying Specialist to join our team. This role is pivotal in identifying potential clients through warm leads and guiding them through the initial phase of the customer journey. The successful candidate will play a key role in maintaining our reputation for exceptional service and contribute to our overall sales success.
Key Responsibilities
– Lead Engagement: Reach out to potential clients through warm leads provided by our marketing team. Engage in meaningful conversations to assess their interest and readiness in our real estate offerings.
– Pre-Qualification: Conduct detailed pre-qualification interviews with prospects to determine their needs, preferences, and financial readiness. Utilise a customer-centric approach to gather all necessary information accurately and efficiently.
– Discovery Call Scheduling: For leads that meet our pre-defined criteria, your responsibility will include scheduling Discovery Calls with a designated team member who will take the client through the next steps of their buying journey.
– Lead Nurturing: In cases where potential clients are not yet ready to proceed, you will be responsible for nurturing these leads. This involves regular follow-ups, providing them with relevant information, and keeping them engaged with our brand until they are ready to move forward.
– Documentation and Reporting: Keep meticulous records of interactions, feedback, and progress with leads in our CRM system. Prepare and submit reports on lead generation activities, outcomes, and conversion rates to the sales management team.
Skills and Qualifications
– Strong Command of Australian English: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in Australian English are mandatory. This includes a deep understanding of local dialects, slang, and cultural nuances to effectively communicate with our clientele.
– Proven Experience in Sales or Customer Service: Previous experience in a sales, customer service, or a similar client-facing role is highly desirable. Experience in the real estate sector is a plus but not mandatory.
– Excellent Interpersonal Skills: Ability to build rapport quickly and maintain long-term relationships with prospects. Should be empathetic, personable, and able to listen actively to understand client needs.
– Goal-Oriented: Strong motivation to meet and exceed pre-qualification and sales targets. Must be proactive, with a knack for identifying opportunities for conversion and client readiness.
– Technical Proficiency: Comfortable using CRM systems and modern communication tools to track leads and manage client interactions efficiently.
– Team Collaboration: Ability to work seamlessly with other team members, especially when handing off qualified leads for further engagement. Must be supportive of team objectives and contribute positively to the team dynamic.
