Our firm, HYPR Service, specializes in outsourcing and is committed to delivering top-notch services to clients located in the United States. We achieve this by overseeing the recruitment, hiring, training, and supervision of Real Estate Remote Professionals.

We have a client who specializes in purchasing and reselling rural vacant land. Consequently, we are in search of a full-time Disposition Specialist to assist our client in the sale of the acquired land. The ideal candidate should possess substantial experience in real estate sales within commission-driven settings, with a specific focus on selling vacant land, especially in rural areas.

Duties and Responsibilities:
-Create, assess, and pursue leads
-Establish and sustain connections with potential buyers
-Craft compelling ad copy for marketing vacant land sales
-Evaluate and enhance marketing approaches for sales
-Document available properties for listing
-Engage in negotiations and finalize sales transactions
-Deliver exceptional customer service

Desired Commencement Date: At the earliest convenience
Please be aware that this role does not adhere to a traditional 9-to-5 schedule. It necessitates occasional off-hours availability for prompt responses to leads during evenings and weekends. The mandatory availability window falls between 10 AM and 8 PM Eastern Standard Time.

Qualifications – Required
– Native English Speaker
– 3+ years of experience selling real estate
– 3+ years of phone sales experience
– 5+ years of sales experience
– Experience working in commission-motivated sales environments
– Strong sales and negotiation skills
– Ability to work flexibly across different time zones
– Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
– Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Compensation and Perks:
-$8 per hour plus a commission of 0.25% (potential annual commission ranging from $10,000 to $15,000)

-Laptop/PC (processor must be i3 and above, at least Windows 10)
