Job Description

The ideal candidate will provide essential support to our project manager and sales department by assisting with administrative tasks, managing the hiring and onboarding process, managing sales data, and communicating with clients. You are critical in managing and optimizing sales processes, analyzing sales data, and developing strategies to increase sales efficiency and productivity.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities
The essential functions include, but are not limited to, the following:
– Manage Salesforce data by updating customer information, tracking sales leads, updating opportunities, and generating reports for management.
– Communicate with clients regarding schedules, meetings, and other lead-related inquiries.
– Maintain accurate and organized Salesforce records, ensuring adherence to company sales processes and procedures.
– Assist with the preparation and execution of client proposals and contracts.
– Manage schedules between sales and operations to include kickoff and wrap-up calls
– Assist the Project Manager in internal team communication and Data Entry
– Manage reports, and update internal documents via SharePoint and Notion
– Attend relevant meetings and manage tasks as needed
– Conference preparation blog postings and social media management
– Assist the onboarding process and contribute to the success of new hires
Minimum Qualifications
3+ years of experience in an executive assistant, sales support, project management, or similar role (remote experiences preferred).
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace
Experience with CRM software such as Salesforce.
Experience With PM software
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
Strong problem-solving skills and a customer-centric mindset.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to analyze complex sales data and identify trends and opportunities
Excellent communication and collaboration skills with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams
Strong leadership and management skills with the ability to coach and develop a team
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple priorities simultaneously
Equipment Requirement:
