We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Sales Quality Control Manager to join our dynamic sales team. As the Sales Quality Control Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing the sales team’s performance and ensuring adherence to quality standards. Additionally, you will utilize your expertise in using Inflow software to streamline sales processes and enhance team productivity.
Responsibilities:
Develop and implement quality control processes to monitor sales team performance and ensure adherence to established standards and procedures.
Conduct regular audits and reviews of sales calls, emails, and customer interactions to assess quality and provide constructive feedback to sales representatives.
Identify areas for improvement in sales techniques, customer service, and product knowledge, and implement training programs to address these gaps.
Collaborate with sales managers to establish sales targets and performance metrics and provide support and guidance to achieve those targets.
Utilize Inflow software to track and analyze sales data, identify trends, and generate reports to drive informed decision-making.
Train sales team members on effectively using Inflow software to maximize efficiency and streamline sales processes.
Provide coaching and mentorship to sales representatives, offering guidance on sales strategies, objection handling, and customer relationship management.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing and customer support, to ensure a seamless customer experience throughout the sales process.
Stay updated with industry trends, competitor activities, and best practices in sales management to continuously improve the sales quality control process.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
Proven experience in sales management or quality control, preferably in a fast-paced sales environment.
Strong knowledge of sales techniques, customer relationship management, and performance evaluation methodologies.
Proficient in using Inflow software or similar sales management tools to track and analyze sales data.
Excellent leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire sales representatives.
Exceptional analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively in a deadline-driven environment.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high-quality standards.
