Are you an experienced sales representative looking for a long-term opportunity with a young and growing company? Fairfax Handyman is a Handyman/Contractor company that specializes in home and office repairs and remodels. We offer a wide range of services to our customers, and we are looking for a sales representative who can grow with us and become a junior sales manager to lead their own sales team.
As a sales representative, you will be responsible for answering inbound phone calls and emails, collecting customer data, and keeping customers engaged until a pricing manager provides a quote. Your job will also include setting up appointments, communicating between customers, contractors, and pricing managers, and handling miscellaneous tasks as needed.
To be successful in this role, you should have strong organizational and communication skills, as well as a customer service-oriented mindset. Fluency in English and sales experience are a must. You should also be punctual, reliable, and able to work independently.
We will provide you with training from A to Z, so you can learn the ins and outs of our company and services. This is a remote position, so you can work from anywhere with a reliable internet connection. We offer a competitive compensation package that includes base pay, commission, and performance bonuses. You will receive a guaranteed draw check of $300/M. and you can expect to earn from $800 to $1600 per month based on your familiarity with the job and your performance.
