**Job Description:**
We are seeking motivated and results-oriented Sales Representatives to join our team on a commission basis. As a Sales Representative, you will be responsible for identifying potential customers, generating leads, and closing sales. This role is ideal for individuals who are passionate about sales, thrive in a fast-paced environment, and are eager to earn based on performance.

**Key Responsibilities:**
– Identify and target potential clients in your assigned territory
– Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers
– Present, promote, and sell products/services to prospective clients
– Achieve agreed-upon sales targets and outcomes within the schedule
– Coordinate sales efforts with team members and other departments
– Analyze market potential, track sales, and report status regularly
– Provide feedback on customer needs, problems, interests, competitive activities, and potential for new products and services

**Requirements:**
– Proven work experience as a Sales Representative or in a similar role
– Excellent knowledge of MS Office
– Familiarity with CRM practices along with the ability to build productive business professional relationships
– Highly motivated and target-driven with a proven track record in sales
– Excellent selling, communication, and negotiation skills
– Prioritizing, time management, and organizational skills
– Ability to create and deliver presentations tailored to the audience needs
– Relationship management skills and openness to feedback

**Compensation:**
This is a commission-based role with unlimited earning potential. Your earnings will directly reflect the effort and results you produce.
