Remi is a VC-backed dental startup based in San Francisco. Our energetic team, primarily operations and dental lab technicians, is based in the beautiful Ghirardelli Square. Over the last year, we have grown 2,000+ and have gone from two people working from an apartment to over 25 people in a real office and 20+people remote. This next year we plan to at least double our headcount. While we’re just a young startup, our team has a lot of fun and has a huge amount of autonomy and freedom. We hope you’ll come join us!
As a Remote Sales Agent, you will connect via phone with Remi Customers who are interested in joining the Remi Club. Your sales acumen and ability to establish great relationships by phone are key to success in this role.
What you’ll be doing:
On the phone. All-day. Talking with Remi Customer.
Qualifying and advising on the Remi Club membership
Focusing on building relationships with customers and being a Remi Brand Ambassador.
Learning and perfecting our sales system and ongoing sales training daily.
You are someone with:
Exceptional English: you know the lingo, the colloquialisms, and slang.
Exceptional hustle skills. This isn’t for the lazy. You know that your success is directly tied to your efforts.
A drive to constantly improve sales skills.
Strong people skills. Our clients come from all walks of life, and you will need to be able to adjust your approach based on the client.
3 years of previous experience in a role that required you to be on the phone for 80% or more of the day.
A quiet place to work, your own computer, and a strong wired internet connection.
