ROLE DETAILS:
RESPONSIBILITIES:
– Call patients at the scheduled call times.
– Adhere to the call script we use.
– Convert introduction calls into booked appointments.
– Self-Audit to continuously improve. Track performance and KPIs and communicate with the team during performance reviews.
– Build strong relationships with potential patients and guide them through a booking process.
– Provide exceptional customer service, addressing inquiries and resolving any concerns.

REQUIREMENTS:
– Proven experience of 2+ years as an outbound sales representative, or a similar role in the Sales field.
– Track record of successful sales, with a high close rate.
– Proven track record of successfully meeting sales quota preferably over the phone.
– Experience in upselling and hard selling. Strong communication and negotiation skills.
– Able to consistently maintain a positive, can-do attitude and reflect a professional demeanor.
– Has a high tolerance to stress and is ‘unwavering’.
– Extremely High Proficiency in English. Preferably without an accent.
