We’re in search of a persistent, empathetic, and kind Sales Appointment Setter with a knack for high-ticket sales. The ideal candidate will be a driven self-starter with a knack for understanding customer needs and setting the stage for the sale. This role is crucial for creating a first impression and establishing a successful sales pipeline.

Responsibilities:

Reach out to potential clients through cold calls, emails, and social media to pitch our high-ticket personal training services.
Understand and address client needs, guiding them towards the best service to fit their lifestyle and fitness goals.
Set appointments for the sales team, ensuring a seamless transition in the sales process.
Maintain and manage customer information in our CRM system to facilitate follow-ups and relationship building.
Consistently meet and exceed monthly sales appointment targets.
Qualifications:

Proven experience as a Sales Appointment Setter, Telemarketer, or similar role with a focus on high-ticket items.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, demonstrating kindness and empathy.
Persistence and resilience, with a positive attitude that doesn’t waver in the face of rejection.
Proficiency in CRM systems and MS Office.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
