YCC is a leading consulting agency that specializes in providing expert employees to marketing companies. We are committed to helping our clients achieve their business goals by leveraging our expertise in digital marketing strategies, brand development, and customer acquisition.

We are currently seeking an ambitious and highly motivated Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our growing team on behalf of one of our esteemed clients. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating new business opportunities through cold calling and email outreach, targeting service-based businesses, primarily roofing companies. After a 90-day period, there will be an opportunity to transition to a full-time position with the client, based on performance.

Key Responsibilities:

Generate new business opportunities by conducting outbound cold calls and sending targeted email campaigns to potential clients.

Utilize our CRM (PipeDrive) to efficiently manage and track leads, as well as maintain accurate records of all sales activities and client interactions.

Develop a thorough understanding of [Consulting Company]’s marketing packages and services to effectively communicate the value proposition to potential clients.

Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to develop and implement effective prospecting strategies.
Consistently meet or exceed monthly sales targets and KPIs.

Attend weekly sales meetings to discuss progress, share best practices, and receive updates on new products and services.

Qualifications:

Previous experience in sales, preferably in a business-to-business (B2B) setting, is required.
Experience selling marketing services or working with service-based businesses, particularly roofing companies, is a plus.
Proficient in CRM management, preferably with experience using PipeDrive.
Advanced English Verbal and written communication skills are required. This is most important.
Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport with potential clients quickly.
Goal-oriented, self-motivated, and able to work both independently and as part of a team.
Ability to handle rejection and maintain a positive attitude.
