We help medical professionals and chiropractors increase their sales, improve patient retention, and enhance their profitability by more effectively communicating online via Search Engine Marketing (SEO & PPC), social media (Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Google Maps, etc.), CRM services, and other online marketing services.

Job Overview:

As an account success manager, you oversee relationships with named clients and target new opportunities. The bottom-line function of this position is to bring in new business and retain our customers to ensure that clients transition from satisfied to thrilled. This is a full-time position, with a salary and bonus, working 9 to 5 Eastern Standard Time (graveyard shift for you).

Communication
• Skilled in providing simplified explanations of complex or complicated concepts
• Outstanding written communication and verbal skills
• Understanding and ability to strategically communicate the fundamentals and practices of traditional and non-traditional forms of media
• Use applied knowledge, available evidence, logical means, and processes to investigate and resolve problems with a high degree of accuracy

Technical Skills
• Proficient use of Microsoft Office applications, including Microsoft Word and Excel
• Experienced in navigating primary internet advertising interfaces, including, but not limited to, Google, Bing, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and direct email.
• Quantitative & Analytical Skills
• Able to use return-on-investment (ROI) as a decision-making tool and provide analysis of relevant performance data to determine go-forward actions

Job Skills & Responsibilities:

• You must be flexible and be able to multitask across a variety of job duties, including:
Retention of client accounts through review of campaign setup, active campaign management, and execution of consistent customer service.
• Manage and analyze Internet marketing campaigns to satisfy client expectations for various performance metrics.
• Rapport building and fostering relationships with clients through timely follow-up and communication to increase retention of accounts.
• Deliver education to clients on campaign performance and return on investment received.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree in General Business, Marketing, Advertising, Public Relations, Journalism or English (Preferred but not required)
• 2+ Years’ Experience in Marketing, Advertising, Public Relations, Sales, Customer Service, or related fields.
