Job Description

We are a leading identity verification system, and are currently seeking an experienced and dedicated individual to join our team as a Customer Support/Sales Agent. This role requires a high level of professionalism and the ability to work during non-standard hours to accommodate our clientele.

This is a part-time position with 5-6 hours of work per day. During the initial three weeks of training, work hours will be reduced to 2 hours per day. Initially, you will work normal working hours during training and later transition to out-of-work hours. The training shift will start at 4 PM HK time, and as you move into full-time employment, the start time will shift to either 5 PM or 7 PM.

Key Responsibilities:
Utilize extensive experience with Zendesk for chat and email support
Respond promptly and accurately to user and customer inquiries via chat, email or tickets.
Understand user and customer needs and provide guidance on utilizing specific features
Conduct thorough analysis and reporting of product malfunctions by testing various scenarios or simulating user experiences
Update internal databases with technical issue details and valuable customer interactions
Monitor and address customer complaints on social media platforms, ensuring timely assistance
Collaborate with team members by sharing feature requests and effective workarounds
Proactively inform customers about new features and functionalities
Follow up with customers to ensure successful resolution of technical issues
Gather customer feedback and relay it to the Product, Sales, and Marketing teams
Assist in training junior Customer Support Representatives
Respond to sales inquiries and send necessary follow-ups
Schedule calls with prospects and actively participate in meetings to represent the company
Track sales progress and manage the pipeline using Zendesk Sell

Requirements:
Previous experience as a Customer Support Specialist or similar role
Sales representative experience
Familiarity with our industry is advantageous
Compliance background
Proficient in working within a compliance onboarding environment
Ability to effectively utilize help desk software and remote support tools
Understanding of CRM systems and their functionality
Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, along with strong problem-solving abilities
Ability to multitask effectively
Patient and composed when dealing with challenging cases
Attentive to user needs and proactive in collaborating with the team to enhance the user and customer support experience
