Job Description

PURPOSE:
The purpose of this role is to provide guidelines and best practices for Sales Representatives at Consumer Ammunition Tactics LLC to effectively sell the company’s products and services as well as provide exceptional customer service.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
The primary responsibility of the Sales Representative is to bring revenue into the business by selling the company’s services. Sales representatives will place a focus on customer service and getting sales on our various digital products through cold and warm outreach. These outreach channels include but are not limited to the CRM (Connectally), YouTube, Facebook, Tik Tok, LinkedIn, Blogs and Instagram.

These roles are done to bring more revenue into the business. The marketing team will perform their tasks to help grow the customer list for the Sales Team to close more deals and bring in more revenue. This role includes but is not limited to the following:

Team Communication
-Sales Representatives must attend Daily Standup and participate accordingly as led by Chief Operating Officer (COO) or Chief Executive Officer (CEO)
-Sales Representatives must communicate and perform customer service in the conversations section in the CRM (Connectally).
-Communicate with Marketing Team about anything relevant pertaining to leads or driving more revenue for the business
-Communicate with Dispute Team for ensuring accurate and timely submission of disputes to credit bureaus and creditors and communicate any other relevant matters
-Relay any client-specific information or requirements to the Dispute Team (Closer)
-Sales Representatives must report their End of Service (EOS) describing the work they performed for the day to the COO.

Understanding Services
-Sales Representatives must create an organized document outlining the reach outs they have performed, closed deals on digital products, etc.
-Sales Representatives must have a thorough understanding of the credit repair services and mentorship program
-Monitor analytics and share any insights and recommendations on sales process and report to COO
-Use data to make data driven decisions
-Reply to relevant keywords left in comment section with appropriate link to products

Customer Interaction
-Approach potential customers in a professional and courteous manner
-Actively listen to customer needs and concerns
-Provide accurate and transparent information about the credit repair process
-Address any objections with patience and expertise
-Understand customer’s needs to understand what specific digital product to recommend (DIY course, mentorship, DIY letters, etc.)

Sales Process
-Maintain detailed records of client interactions, notes, communication history for future reference and follow ups towards closing deal
-Use a consultative approach to identify the most appropriate digital product or service for the client

-Ideal rep will already have experience with sales and credit repair industry, and high D personality in DISC assessment
