Sales Representative

Area’s leading home remodeling firm is looking for a sales professional for who will be responsible for cold calling area homeowners to set appointments for its sales reps, as well as following up with warm leads from marketing to set appointments with existing prospects in our target market. This role will fully feed the sales representatives with appoints to close the sales. This position is fully remote, and work-from-home (WFH), and success in role will be determined solely on results.

**REQUIREMENTS:
-Candidate must be comfortable with cold calling.
-Candidate must speak English fluently – including diction, articulation, understanding nuance and inflection, and American conversational humor.

**RESPONSIBILITIES:
-Develop rapport and trust quickly with strangers.
-Gather and document details for use by sales reps.
-Develop business leads from new prospects, as well as following up on existing marketing leads.
-Develop and help maintain new business relationships by following up with regular proactive contact until appointments are
set and lead is transferred to sales rep.
-Provide smooth transition of accounts to the sales support staff through effective internal communication.
-Conducting online marketing research on new business leads.
-Enter information into designated computer software used for customer management.
-Schedule appointments for sales representatives to meet with potential clients.
-Explain products or services using details provided during training.
