Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and aggressive Sales Representative to join our expanding team. In this role, you will be responsible for reaching out to boat owners through cold calling, email, and messaging to persuade them to register on our platform and list their boats. This position requires a self-starter who is ambitious, motivated, and ready to grow within our company.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct cold calls to boat owners to pitch the benefits of listing their vessels on SimplyBoat.
Follow up with leads persistently to ensure maximum conversion rates.
Utilize email and messaging as supplementary tools to secure new listings.
Achieve and exceed targets for boat owner sign-ups in designated territories.
Collaborate with the marketing team to coordinate targeted ad campaigns.
Provide feedback and insights to improve the sales process and marketing strategies.
Maintain detailed records of interactions and follow-ups in our CRM system.
