We are on the hunt for a passionate and experienced Sales Representative to play a pivotal role in expanding our reach and enhancing our sales strategies.
Key Role Responsibilities:
* Engage with potential clients through proactive cold-calling, targeting locally owned restaurants.
* Identify and connect with key decision-makers to schedule product demos, with an aim to both set meetings and close sales.
* Collaborate in refining and elevating Spark Ordering’s sales pitch and processes, contributing to the company’s overall growth strategy.
* Conduct insightful research and experiments to continuously improve our sales approach and effectiveness.
Ideal Candidate Profile:
* A strong passion for sales, going beyond standard job requirements, with a keen interest in the restaurant and tech industries.
* Eagerness to enhance personal sales skills and close rates, as well as contribute meaningfully to team strategies and processes.
* Must be able to work when restaurant owners are available to take a call. Primarily 10:00 PM – 12:00 AM (midnight) and 2:00 AM – 6:00 AM on weekdays, Philippine Time.
Preferred Qualifications:
* At least 3 years of experience in sales roles with a focus on cold-calling.

What We Offer
* Starting Hourly Compensation: $5.00/hr + $50.00/completed sale
* Estimated Weekly Pay: $350 – $400 (30 hours + 4-5 sales)
* Estimated 30 hours per week, divided between cold calling (20 hours) and sales process enhancement (10 hours).
