Rock My Resume provides services such as resume writing services, career consulting, advising and coaching, LinkedIn optimization, and other tools to help job seekers. We have a global team of experts that specialize in different fields and are here to make sure that every customer is 100% satisfied with our service. Our company is seeking a talented sales representative to provide support to our customers around the US to help them find a job. This position is a remote position and the employee will be compensated for each customer served. All client services specialists must have excellent English verbal skills.

Responsibilities:

Guiding the customer journey at Rock my Resume from the sale (sometimes pre-sale) through service implementation and onboarding, account expansion, and growth

Providing a variety of coaching services such as career development coaching, interviewing coaching, job search strategizing, career strategizing, and more

Contributing to revenue generation through account expansion and renewals

Working with data analysts and other advisors to ensure good data collection

Synthesizing customer feedback and working with internal teams to infuse this input into the service road mapping process and our client experience processes

Requirements:
A minimum of 3 years of professional work experience preferably in Customer Service and/or Sales

Effective English communication with strong written, interpersonal, and presentations skills

Prior experience in consulting, customer success, or sales is preferred

Ability to establish rapport and relate well to customers of all backgrounds

Good command of LinkedIn, MS Word, Google Docs, Google Calendar, and/or Calendly

Solid understanding of various industries and job functions including entry-level, technical, professional, and executive roles
