Sales Representative

About you: Experienced Sales Person or Account Manager. An A-player that wants to join a team with very ambitious growth goals, who wants to be on the rocket ship with us. Willing to tackle projects and learn along the way. Comfortable in a scaling environment. Does the right thing while nobody is watching. Track record of solving problems, putting in the time, and passionate about continuous improvement. Humble and willing to spend the first year in the trenches.

Job Responsibilities:
Customers find us through Referrals, Google Ads, Angi’s list, or by seeing our vans driving around. When they call or email us your job is to answer and:
Sell the one of our 4 main services: System inspection for repair ($400), Solar panel cleaning ($500) , Animal damage repair ($~2,000), or Inverter replacement (~$1,000).
Hit the Position sales target of $500,000/year
Call all incoming leads the same day, approx .5-30 leads per day depending on the season
Quote job following the quoter tool output and info collected from homeowner
Hit 80% close rate on quoted Inspection, Critter Guard, and Yearly Service Plan
Call back leads marked as follow up, approx 20 leads per week
Hit 50% close rate on Yearly Service Plan after service is completed for applicable customers
Review past jobs 1x/week to ensure operations has scheduled them or advanced them to next stepx
Correctly enter data into our lead tracker and CRM (approx 30 mins per day)
Attend 4x/week sales trainings and incorporate feedback into our sales system
Document all department processes for easy training of new employees.

Onboarding Process:
We have Loom videos introducing you to our business, and you will train and shadow daily with your project manager.
We have 2 detailed guides about how to sell our services

Requirements:
*American Accent, Cadence, and Lilt*, ideally someone who spent +3 years living in the US.
C1 or better written and spoken English
+6 years of professional experience in similar roles
40 hours per week, on American time zone
Steady internet connection, at least 10mbs upload and download time

Compensation Details:
Target $1,100/Month, paid weekly, depending on commissions.
Base: $580/Month, paid weekly
Commission is 1% of each job sold then completed by the operations team, the average job sold for this position is $400 in revenue and our past sales person sold 20/week. Paid at the end of the month.
We do 13th month payment, it will be 1 month of Base (not commission) pay, divided by how many months in the year you have been here.
We use Easypay through this website, which pays through Payoneer without a fee. Payment is 1 week after submission of weekly timecard.
This is a freelance job, you would be responsible for your own healthcare, taxes, ect all company compliance after you fill out the US goverment required W-8BEN individual foreign individual tax form.
Computer is not provided but is required for this position.
We will pay 4 American holidays
