Renolith offers a unique, patented additive for cementitious binders that enables the construction of resilient, sustainable, nanoengineered roads.
We seek a qualified sales representative to help sell our Renolith 2.0 product. The sales representative will have a strong understanding of the sales process and excel at generating leads, building relationships, and closing deals. The ideal candidate will be a quick learner who has strong negotiating skills and an ability to showcase our offering in a compelling way.
Objectives of this role
• Represent the company’s Renolith 2.0 product, through deep and comprehensive knowledge of how our product meets the needs of customers.
• Achieve sales quotas by successfully implementing sales and business development strategies and tactics.
• Generate leads and build relationships by organizing your daily work schedule to call on existing and potential customers.
• Develop and implement a territory action plan using comprehensive data analysis, and adjust sales techniques according to interactions and results.
Responsibilities
• Maintain working relationships with existing clients to ensure that they receive exceptional service and to identify potential new sales opportunities.
• Identify prospects, set appointments, make effective qualifying sales calls, and manage the sales cycle to close new business.
• Possess in-depth product knowledge and be able to explain applicable product use-cases and handle objections.
• Prepare concise and accurate reports, proposals, and other required documentation for executive-level presentations.
• Achieve sales goals by assessing current client needs and following a defined selling process with potential buyers, often including online presentations.
• Coordinate with other team members (marketing, technical sales) to ensure that quotas are being met and company standards are being upheld.
Required skills and qualifications
• You have three or more years of sales experience, ideally within a similar industry
• You have excellent English oral and written communication skills
• You are proficient with sales management software and CRM
• You are intelligent, diligent, reliable, organized and honest
• You have excellent interpersonal, problem-solving, and presentation skills
• You are able to work independently and make reasonable decisions
• You have a strong ability to balance persuasion with professionalism
Preferred skills and qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
• Proven success rate at levels above sales quota
Administration
• The role reports to the Managing Director.
• Working hours are flexible, subject to alignment with client working hours.
• The role is expected to be full time, but part-time arrangements may be possible.
• Renolith employees work from home, supported by suitable technology such as IP phone & vidcon systems. You will be expected to use your own computer and internet connection.
