We are looking for a Business Development Representative to join our team at Pryzma, a specialized Amazon strategy and consulting agency, with a focus on client success.

As you review the description, we welcome any questions you have about the opportunity. This position is a full-time, salaried position, with raises after training and based on performance.

Sales experience is required, with preferences given to experience with and Amazon. A mastery of the English language is a must for communication through text, audio, and video conferencing within the sales process.

Position Overview:

This role is a full-time sales management position responsible for overseeing all client acquisitions for Pryzma. The role of the Business Development Representative is to manage and communicate with prospects, revise and implement sales systems, and oversee all operations of the client acquisition for Pryzma.

The ideal candidate will build a strong lead generation and sales system to grow into a management role leading a team of sales professionals.

The primary responsibilities include three main areas: Identify and evaluate new client leads (50%), present to prospective clients (30%), and manage systems and processes (20%). It will be your responsibility to:

– Locate ideal client prospects using
– Qualify leads from marketing campaigns
– Build and implement a company-wide sales process, including contacting potential clients through cold calls, emails, and other forms of communication
– Create, manage, and implement professional sales presentations, including presenting our company services to potential clients
– Manage and maintain customer acquisition processes, including ongoing communication systems
– Identify client needs and suggest appropriate products/services
– Negotiate with potential clients
– Customize product solutions to increase customer satisfaction
– Work in the US timezone

Essentially, this role will manage all the daily responsibilities of running our new client acquisition process.

The requirements of each task are as follows:

Prospect potential clients – Using and other tools, locate and qualify ideal prospects. This may include cold calls, email marketing campaigns, and presentations.

Present to potential clients – Create, manage, and implement a sales funnel for ongoing client acquisition. This includes creating and presenting services via MS 365 and other tools in live and recorded formats, along with management of systems for ongoing outreach.

Build and maintain client acquisition processes – Create, manage, and implement a structured sales process, scalable for future growth.

Negotiate with prospective clients – Identify client needs, provide suggestions for appropriate services, and negotiate with prospects to close as new clients.
