Job Title: Sales Representative

Location: Remote

Job Type: Full Time, with 8 hours of work to be completed per day, 7 days a week

Salary: 1000$-1400$

Job Summary:

We are looking for a Sales Representative with outstanding English language skills to join our team. The candidate has to take care of customer service and be able to provide prompt and professional responses to all customer inquiries.

Responsibilities:

• Respond to customer inquiries in a timely manner via chat

• Process customer orders and payments quickly and accurately

• Resolve customer complaints and inquiries in a professional and courteous manner

• Monitor customer satisfaction levels and suggest appropriate changes to improve customer experience

• Update customer account information as needed

• Maintain customer database and track everything in excel sheets

Requirements:

• Proven ability to communicate effectively in English; C2(Advanced/Mastery) Level is a requirement

• Excellent written communication skills

• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision

• Proficient in the use of computers and customer service software

• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks
