Position Overview
As a Sales Representative, you will be responsible for managing and enhancing the online interactions between our clients and their customers. You will play a crucial role in building and maintaining relationships, ensuring customers feel valued and engaged. This role involves responding to messages, initiating conversations, and using creative strategies to keep customers engaged and satisfied. Additionally, you will employ emotional psychology and advanced sales techniques to encourage customers to purchase as much of the client’s content as possible.
Key Responsibilities
• Engage with Customers: Respond to messages promptly and personally, ensuring customers feel heard and valued.
• Build Relationships: Develop and maintain strong, positive relationships with customers through personalized interactions, utilizing emotional psychology to foster deeper connections.
• Understand Customer Needs: Identify and understand the needs and interests of customers to tailor interactions effectively.
• Promote Content: Introduce and promote new content to customers, encouraging engagement and participation.
• Data Collection: Collect and analyze customer data to improve engagement strategies and personalize interactions.
• Sales Techniques: Use advanced sales techniques to identify upsell opportunities and encourage customers to purchase additional personalized content and experiences.
• Feedback and Reporting: Provide regular feedback and reports on customer interactions and engagement metrics.
Required Skills
• Excellent Communication: Strong written communication skills with the ability to convey messages clearly and engagingly, in an online manner which is informal & personal to the client & speaking in their tone of voice.
• Empathy and Emotional Intelligence: Ability to understand and connect with customers on an emotional level, making them feel valued and understood.
• Emotional Psychology: Knowledge of emotional psychology to build deeper relationships and influence customer behavior.
• Sales Acumen: Proficiency in basic sales principles and techniques to identify and capitalize on upsell opportunities.

Typical Day
• Morning Check-In: Review and respond to any overnight messages, prioritizing urgent or high-value interactions.

• Personalized Interactions: Engage in personalized conversations with customers, building rapport and understanding their interests.
• Data Analysis: Review engagement data to identify trends and areas for improvement in interaction strategies.
• Team Collaboration: Participate in team meetings to discuss strategies, share insights, and receive updates on new content or campaigns.
• Upsell Execution: Identify and execute opportunities to offer additional personalized content and experiences to customers.
• Evening Wrap-Up: Ensure all messages are responded to, summarize the day’s interactions, and prepare any necessary reports.
