We are looking for Sales Reps long term that has fluent English’s speaking!
Willing to meet over zoom video!
Willing to go through 1 week training!
Job Duties:
1. Prospect and Generate Leads:
– Utilize various online platforms and tools to research and identify potential leads.
– Conduct outbound calls, emails, and messages to engage with prospects and generate sales leads.
– Maintain accurate records of lead information and activities in the CRM system.
2. Sales Presentations and Demonstrations:
– Conduct virtual product presentations and demonstrations to prospective customers.
– Highlight key features, benefits, and value propositions to showcase the product’s suitability for customer needs.
– Address customer questions and concerns effectively to drive interest and build confidence in the product.
3. Sales Consultation and Negotiation:
– Act as a trusted advisor to customers, understanding their specific requirements and pain points.
– Offer personalized solutions and recommendations to address customer needs and maximize sales opportunities.
– Negotiate pricing, terms, and conditions to close deals and achieve sales targets.
4. Relationship Building and Account Management:
– Cultivate strong relationships with customers through regular follow-ups and communication.
– Provide post-sales support and ensure customer satisfaction by addressing any issues or concerns promptly.
– Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities within existing customer accounts.
5. Sales Analytics and Reporting:
– Track and analyze sales metrics, such as lead conversion rates, pipeline development, and revenue generation.
– Prepare regular reports on sales activities, progress, and achievements.
– Identify trends and patterns to optimize sales strategies and improve overall sales performance.
6. Collaboration and Teamwork:
– Collaborate with internal teams, such as marketing, product development, and customer support, to ensure alignment and success.
– Participate in sales meetings and contribute ideas for process improvement and sales growth.
– Share knowledge, best practices, and success stories with team members to foster a collaborative and high-performing environment.
7. Continuous Learning and Professional Development:
– Stay updated with industry trends, product knowledge, and sales techniques through ongoing training and self-study.
– Seek feedback from managers and mentors to enhance sales skills and performance.
