Job Description
We are seeking a highly proactive and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Sales Executive. You will be the primary point of contact for leads and customers, and be responsible for building a relationship, advicing them on Eczema & TSW, and upselling and cross-selling other products and services.

Responsibilities
1. Serve as the primary point of contact for inbound leads and customers.
2. Proactively connect with leads and customers by building rapport and gaining an understanding of their condition, whether it be Eczema or TSW.
3. Adding leads and customers into Eczema/TSW Support Groups to provide support for their condition
4. Give advice on treatment options for Eczema and TSW.
5. Upsell, cross-sell customers and leads on treatment options
6. Ensure timely and accurate reporting on KPIs such as sales converted, customer satisfaction, and ultimately revenue.

Qualifications
1. Have experienced extensive Eczema AND TSW.
2. Knowledge of Eczema treatments such as moisturizers, topical/oral steroids, antibiotic cream, antihistamines, allergy/patch tests, eczema friendly diets, Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM), red light therapy, etc.
3. 2+ years of experience in relationship management, sales, customer success, account management, or similar role.
4. Excellent sales and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and address lead/customer concerns and issues.
5. Fast typing speed of 100 WPM on desktop/laptop (tests required).
