You will be responsible for identifying sales opportunities, building rapport with potential clients, and promoting our cleaning services to meet their needs.
Responsibilities:
Prospect and generate leads through various channels such as cold calling, networking, and referrals.
Conduct thorough research to understand potential clients’ needs and preferences.
Initiate contact with prospective clients and schedule appointments for presentations or demonstrations.
Deliver compelling sales presentations to showcase Hellamaid’s cleaning services and value proposition.
Customize service proposals based on clients’ requirements and budget constraints.
Negotiate contracts and terms of agreements to close sales deals.
Collaborate with the operations team to ensure seamless onboarding of new clients and fulfillment of services.
Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and transactions using CRM software.
Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market dynamics to identify opportunities for business growth.
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to foster loyalty and encourage repeat business.
Attend industry events, trade shows, and networking functions to expand the company’s reach and visibility.
Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets set by the management team.
Provide regular reports and updates on sales performance, pipeline status, and market insights to the sales manager.
Qualifications:
Proven experience in sales, preferably in the cleaning services industry or related field.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport quickly.
Strong negotiation and persuasion skills to close deals effectively.
Self-motivated and target-driven with a passion for achieving sales goals.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools to manage leads and track progress.
Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and willingness to take on new challenges.
High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor’s degree in business or marketing is a plus.
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation for travel to client meetings and appointments.
