Job Description:

As a Sales Consultant for our cleaning services, your primary responsibility will be to engage with potential clients, understand their current situations, and present them with customized solutions to meet their needs. Here’s what the role entails:

**Key Responsibilities:**

1. Client Information Gathering:
– Skillfully gather information from clients to understand their cleaning requirements, preferences, and household specifics.

2. Situation Deciphering:
– Analyze clients’ current cleaning situations, identifying pain points, challenges, and areas for improvement.
– Engage clients in conversation to identify the reasons behind their need for cleaning services, whether it’s due to a busy
schedule, a new addition to the family, or other factors.

3. Dream Outcome Extraction:
– Engage clients in conversation to uncover their dream cleaning outcomes, emphasizing the benefits they envision from
achieving them.

4. Obstacle Identification:
– Proactively inquire about any obstacles or challenges preventing clients from achieving their desired outcomes.
– Explore past experiences with cleaning services to understand any previous shortcomings or dissatisfaction.

5. Solution Offering:
– Explain our cleaning process in detail, ensuring clients understand how we will achieve their desired outcomes. This requires
in-depth knowledge of cleaning procedures in order to educate the client and establish authority.
– Present tailored solutions that address clients’ obstacles and concerns, highlighting the benefits they will receive from
achieving their dream outcomes.
– Anticipate and address potential objections by outlining how our services overcome common challenges and deliver superior
results.

6. Cleaning Package Proposal:
– Propose comprehensive cleaning packages aligned with clients’ dream outcomes, showcasing how our services will fulfill their
needs and exceed their expectations.

7. Objection Handling:
– Address any objections or concerns raised by clients with curiosity and questions based on their objections..
– Utilize questioning techniques to uncover underlying issues and provide suitable solutions to alleviate apprehensions.

8. Close Sale
– Once objections are addressed, circle back to the solution and benefits of dream outcome.

Pay:
– $5.50 an hour
– 1% Commission on closed accounts
