Sales Representative

Position Overview:

Pixel Platter is seeking dynamic and self-motivated Sales Representatives to join our growing team. As a Sales Representative, you will play a crucial role in acquiring new clients for our design subscription services. This position is commission-based, with a generous commission of 10% client subscription. We’re looking for individuals who are passionate about design, adept at building client relationships, and driven to succeed in a commission-based structure.

Key Responsibilities:

Prospecting & Lead Generation:

Identify and pursue potential clients through various channels, including cold calling, email outreach, and social media.
Client Consultation:

Conduct informative and engaging consultations to understand clients’ design needs and how Pixel Platter’s services can benefit them.
Customized Solution Presentation:

Tailor presentations to showcase the value of Pixel Platter’s design subscription services, emphasizing the unique benefits for each client.
Closing Deals:

Effectively close sales, meeting or exceeding monthly and quarterly targets.
Relationship Building:

Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring satisfaction and fostering long-term partnerships.
Market Research:

Stay informed about industry trends, competitor offerings, and client needs to provide valuable insights to the team.
CRM Management:

Update and maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions in the company’s Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system.
Qualifications:

Proven experience in sales, preferably in a commission-based role.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Proficient in English, both written and spoken.
Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
Familiarity with design or subscription-based services is a plus.
Ability to work independently and remotely.

Compensation:

This position is commission-based with the following structure:

10% of First Month’s Subscription:

Earn a commission equal to 10% of the total value of the client’s first month subscription fee.
7% Monthly Commission (for Monthly Subscriptions):

Receive a recurring commission of 7% for each subsequent month of the client’s monthly subscription.
10% Total Commission (for Yearly Subscriptions):

For clients opting for yearly subscriptions, receive a one-time commission equal to 10% of the total annual subscription fee.
The more clients you bring in, the higher your earnings potential. Commissions will be calculated and paid out monthly.
